Terms of Service

When you place an order on this site, you are making an offer to buy. The order is confirmed once we accept it — you can see its live status any time on your order page (the link with your secret PKP- code).

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are per kilogram.
• The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you confirm. Once your order is placed, that fee is locked — it will not change for that order.
• If a price on the site is clearly wrong (for example, a typo), we will contact you before proceeding, and you can cancel without any cost.

We keep payment simple. You can pay in two ways:

• Cash on delivery (COD): pay the rider in cash when your order arrives.
• Transfer: bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. Transfer orders are prepared and dispatched after we confirm your payment — send us your payment screenshot on WhatsApp and we will confirm quickly.

Every jar is made fresh to order, so we need about 2–3 din to prepare it. After that, your order goes out by courier. Delivery timelines are honest estimates, not guarantees — couriers can be delayed by weather, holidays or things outside our control.

Responsibility for the order (the “risk”) passes to you when it is delivered to your address.

Changed your mind? No problem — message us on WhatsApp with your PKP- order code before your order is dispatched and we will cancel it. If you already paid by transfer, we will refund the full amount.

Very rarely, we may have to cancel an order ourselves — for example, if an ingredient runs out or we cannot deliver to your area. If that happens, we will tell you right away and refund anything you have paid.

PakPickle achaar is homemade, prepared with care in a home kitchen — not a factory. That is the whole point, but it also means you should know:

• Ingredient lists are on every product page — please read them before ordering.
• You are responsible for checking for allergens. Our recipes commonly use mustard oil and a wide range of spices; if you have allergies or sensitivities, please check the ingredients or ask us on WhatsApp before you order.

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order (product price plus delivery fee). We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the law of Pakistan that cannot be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Pakistan.
