We collect the minimum needed to get achaar from our kitchen to your door — nothing more. No accounts, no tracking, no selling your information. Here is exactly what happens with your data.
What we collect, and why
When you place an order, we ask for:
- Your name
- Phone number
- City and delivery address
- An optional note (for example, delivery instructions)
We use this information only to prepare and deliver your order and to contact you about it. There are no accounts on this site — your order history is tied to a secret PKP- order code, not to a profile of you.
What we never do
- We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
- We do not run ad tracking of any kind.
- We do not use third-party analytics — no Google Analytics, no pixels.
Where your data lives
Order data is stored in our database, hosted on managed cloud infrastructure. Your shopping cart and your order codes are stored in your own browser’s localStorage — on your device, not on our servers. If you clear your browser data, your cart and saved order links are removed (so save your order link somewhere safe).
Who we share it with
We share the minimum needed to complete your order:
- The courier gets your name, phone number and address — that is how the parcel finds you.
- Payment confirmations happen through your bank, JazzCash or Easypaisa as applicable — those services see the transfer under their own terms.
That is the full list. Nobody else gets your information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for our business and tax records. If you would like your personal details anonymized from past orders, message us on WhatsApp and we will take care of it.
Cookies
The public shop uses no marketing or tracking cookies at all. The only cookie on this site is a session cookie used for the admin area (so we can log in to manage products) — it never touches your browsing.
Your rights
It is your data. You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Just contact us on WhatsApp or email — no forms, no fuss.
