Delivery & Returns

Every jar travels from our home kitchen to your doorstep by courier. Here is where we deliver, how long it takes, what it costs, and what happens if something goes wrong.

Where we deliver

We deliver to all major cities across Pakistan via courier — bade sheher ho ya chhote. If you are not sure about your area, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will check for you.

How long it takes

Your achaar is made fresh after you order, so the timeline has two parts:

  • Preparation: 2–3 din — we prepare your jars fresh, we do not ship from a shelf.
  • Courier transit: depends on your city, typically a few days on top.

These are honest estimates, not guarantees — couriers can be delayed by things outside our control. You can follow every step on your order page (your secret PKP- link).

Delivery fee

The fee is a base charge plus a per-kg amount, calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm. Once you place the order, the fee is locked for that order — no surprises later.

Returns & refunds

Achaar is a perishable, homemade food product, so for food-safety reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened jars. We hope you understand — it is the same reason your jar arrives sealed and fresh.

But if we get something wrong, we will make it right:

  • Damaged or wrong item? Message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you — your choice.
  • Refunds for transfer payments (bank, JazzCash, Easypaisa) go back to the same account you paid from.
  • Refunds for COD orders are sent by transfer — share your account or wallet details on WhatsApp and we will send it.
